Enjoyed the short visit the room was clean..However the lighting in the bath-room was very dim. Terrible lighting for makeup same was true for all mirrors. Front desk personal were knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant was was enjoyable with great staff. Thanks

This place was lovely. Very impressed.

These are apartments, not a hotel, and the apartments are lovely, clean and well maintained. The staff were good, but it’s important to know that it’s not staffed like a hotel and it’s important to know. If you arrive before they have an apartment ready, it’s very safe to store luggage, but there’s no place to hang out and figure out where to go, no chairs. So be prepared to go sightseeing or to a coffeehouse until your check-in time. That wasn’t clear to us before we arrived. There’s plenty of options within walking distance, but if you’re tired and in need of a relaxing sitting area to recoup from your journey (we were), they don’t have it. Otherwise we loved it there.

Amazing, unique hotel - staff is very attentive. When I couldn’t make breakfast, due to an early departure, the hotel offered to bring coffee and fresh, warm croissants to my room prior to my departure time. I felt very well taken care of; would stay again. Highly recommend.

This place was lovely. Very impressed.

The room needs to be vacant for several hours a day to be cleaned. I got sick of waiting so took my dirty towels to find a cleaner and got fresh towels myself. There are not enough bar staff to cater for the number of guests in the evening. The staff at breakfast are not overly nice and seem overwhelmed if you ask even for the milk to be refilled in the jug at the tea and coffee station. Didn't know you could order eggs till the 2nd morning of my 5 day stay. Not enough staff at the hotel. The room is very warm with a heavy duvet. A fan would be a good addition. But it's a lovely hotel with very nice decor and I would stay there again.

We loved it here! Three words of advice for travelers going with the intent to sleep: "next door pub". It's not obviously visible from the reviews so we were a bit dismayed when we arrived, all travel weary and tired, to find out there's a party next door, all days, every day, till 1AM. And you can hear it if you have a room facing the street. The hotel is clean and new amenities - but you have to ask for a quiet room in advance if you want to sleep. If you want to party, ask for a front room :) We were thankfully moved to a different area of the hotel the next day. Other positives: walkable, loads of stores nearby, loads of restaurants. Booking is essential as we didn't manage to find a table at the Taqueria three days in a row! The nice restaurant next door also offers generous portions and a lovely houmous. Other aspects: super close to Boots and Primark if you find yourself lacking essentials. Shower is nice and hot and towels are clean and replaced daily.
