Luxembourg Ardennes Ski Holidays

Location is like an oasis in the countryside, situated in the middle of a pristine golf course. Family room was spacious and impressive - the first 2 storey hotel room we’ve stayed in! Swimming and spa facilities were great, however was unstaffed so had to bring own towels from upstairs. Breakfast was scrumptious, although to be charged afterwards was a bit of a surprise (we were told it was included at check-in). Overall, a lovely relaxing stay at the end of our European road trip.

The room was hot no matter what they did. Thu changed our room on the second day and still not. The temperature on the unit never changed no matter what we or they did.

The property was outstanding, great location, clean, staff was awesome could not pick a better location to stay.

Amazing property, close to the city, easy parking. Laundry room available. Very convenient. The only thing was some dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived. We cleaned everything for our use.

Amazing people and property. We’ve never had such amazing attentiveness and offers of service and care.

Excellent stay, staff very helpful and great location for the old town but unfortunately, the main restaurant we’re having their annual break so, you need to be aware during mid Aug until 9th September!

Reception was very helpful and informative. Room was very clean. Location excellent with quick access to upper Luxembourg as well as the Grund area. Bathroom was fantastic and the kitchen is well stocked. If I had a wish it would be for air conditioning in the apartment and a softer mattress.
