Exceptional communication, with instructions sent via email two days before our arrival with photos of where to go and where the keys were going to be. We stayed in apt 27\. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire place was sparkling clean. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook any meal during your stay. The washing machine was super handy since we’re are travelling with kids. (142 reviews) What a wonderful property outside of Inverness. The building sits directly on the Beauly Firth with excellent views to to the north. Breakfast is included and was very good. Dinner was an option but was well worth it. They have a premium chef and engaged staff. I recommend dinner on site rather than Inverness. Our room was nice, with a traditional feel that was a natural fit for this property. A morning walk of the grounds and having tea sitting on a bench overlooking the firth capped a perfect stay. (1,001 reviews) We love the blythswood. We stayed here two weeks ago and we had the most amazing stay. Last night was unfortunately slightly disappointing. It did not have the wow factor like normal. There was no greeting at the door, no offer to help with car or bags. We had received prosecco on arrival two weeks ago, but not yesterday. Our room was on the bottom floor which was fine. Spa was absolutely mobbed - we saw staff turn away guests due to how busy it was in the limited spa hours. We were only given one set of slippers in our room. The moisturiser didn’t work so couldn’t use it after the shower. We did have a nice time but nothing stood out compared to normal. If this was our first stay I don’t think we would have rushed back.
