(360 reviews) I will start off by saying the service was amazing, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and smelled so good. The staff greet you everytime you leave and come back, the beds were very comfy and the entire hotel was modern. The only reason I wouldn’t give the hotel 5 stars are a few reasons that have nothing to do with the service. 1\. The bathrooms are not built well, after every shower I had to throw multiple towels down on the floor because the shower would leak, causing water all over the bathroom floor. 2\. The sofa in the bedroom was tan but had white stains all over it (not sure what they were but I’m sure you can imagine the possibilities) so we made sure not to touch the sofa the whole time we were there. 3\. Hotel restaurant service was great however unfortunately I have to say the food was not 5 stars, had a couple let downs at the restaurant however the manager and server were kind enough to try to make up for our experience which really saved the night. Although it was nothing too major, it’s worth mentioning.
