The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff did not have much knowledge of the area and weren’t that concerned about getting information for us. No laundry and could hear the noise from the bar next door at night.

We love staying here. It's so handy to everything. The trains etc. We have stayed here 3 times as a family of 6. The only complaint I had was the live in guests below us were constantly smoking Marijuana and we were u able to leave out windows open as it would reak our room out. I did mention to staff on day 1 and nothing was done. I would stay here again regardless. But that was really annoying

Beautiful modern hotel in a building full of history, very central in the city. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. So many little things included in our stay. The pool and spa area was very well designed and was a lovely area to sit and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay - it was a real 5 star experience!
