Lappei Ski Holidays

The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep. Since it was our check-out day, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room. The manager said they could only extend it by one hour, which wasn’t helpful. In the end, our entire day before the flight was ruined because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep. A few more downsides: It takes more than an hour to get to Chania from the hotel, and the bus is usually overcrowded. There are no shops nearby. On the positive side, the area is very peaceful, the beach is within walking distance, and the food offers a good variety to suit different tastes. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same as any standard all-inclusive hotel.

Our third stay. Always welcoming, lovely staff. Very clean rooms and facilities. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful pool area. We will return again one day.

We had amazing room with private pool view to the sea it was heaven room number 614 !!! This hotel has amazing location and fantastic view all over, only 25 min from airport, great service and staff, pools for adullts only and pools with the kids, SPA, inside pool, tennis court, be ready to walk in the resort/or you call the reception adn they come in a minute to pick you up since its very large and on top on the hill. Fantastic Stay!!! Thank YOU!!!

This hotel has amazing location and fantastic view all over, only 25 min from airport, great service and staff, pools for adullts only and pools with the kids, SPA, inside pool, tennis court, be ready to walk in the resort/or you call the reception adn they come in a minute to pick you up since its very large and on top on the hill. Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience.
