Great location, friendly staff, good amenities

This was a great boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. Very large, clean rooms. Large bathrooms. Near plenty of restaurants. We stayed one night before our cruise.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I requested early check in and they were able to accommodate me.

I found it odd there were only 2 plastic cups in the room... Not very useful as we wanted to have a soft drink with ice in the room, but I was already using the glasses for brushing our teeth. I also thought is would have been nice to have more than one person monitoring the breakfast area. She was super nice but was having a hard time keeping up with the food for all of us who were eating.

Room was clean of trash and debris and stocked as it should be with towels etc. however .. there are noticeable dips in the flooring below the carpet. So much that when you step into the room from the tiling, cabinets nearby creak. And then when you step back towards the HVAC window unit there is a clear divot in the ground below the carpet. No harm no foul there. But the toilet was the worst offender. When you flush it, the whole thong vibrates and rocks because of so much force and it not being bolted to the ground. That is actually extremely dangerous because if that bowl cracks, porcelain will cut right through flesh. Parking was easy and reasonable cost to deter airport parking. Area was fine and safe.
