This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed one night, but for a longer stay we would have definitely asked to move rooms - we both woke up feeling congested, puffed with what seemed like an allergic reaction. For the price, you would expect a higher standard, especially considering how quickly Gdańsk is developing and improving. If Qubus doesn’t invest in updates, it risks falling even further behind the competition.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location was okay and convenient enough for my needs, the condition of the room itself was highly disappointing. The room was very dark, dirty, and had a noticeable, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. It felt poorly maintained and uninviting. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the price, and I would not recommend staying here until deep cleaning and proper maintenance are addressed.

Amazing hotel! The room was very luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- there was a buffet with a ton of variety, in addition to made to order options. The location was also fantastic. Steps from the beach with complimentary chairs, blankets and even toys for kids. On rainy days there was a kids playroom and a library for adults to relax. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Staff was helpful and professional, manager helped recommended additional places to see and made the reservations as well. Restaurant staff was very professional, always coming back to your table asking if everything was good and needed anything else. We will be coming back for visits here

The cleanliness, breakfast, and room layout are all great. Unfortunately the hotel is located across from a bar that blasts music until 2:00 AM on weekends. this seems to be allowed by the local officials. This is not a place to get a good night sleep.

Overall experience was okay. Reception staff looked bothered and uninterested. No AC and the sun comes through one of the rooms with thin blinds so it can get quite stuffy. The design of the sink is not good and spills a lot of water out.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all the hotel is not in the best location, second of all I wanted an early check in and the staff said “okay give me 20min and I never got the early check in. They actually didn’t even let me check in at the regular time which is 1500 I still had to wait about another half hour so I waited there about an hour and a half. Then when I finally go in to the room I had asked for one big bed but instead I get 2 small beds. I work night shift so at this point I was so tired I didn’t care I fell asleep. Then later at around midnight I hear someone putting in the code to my room and someone walks in on me while I’m laying naked in bed. Apparently the staff gave someone my room key code while I was asleep and walks in on me. Luckily I was awake already or else he could have taken advantage of anything in the room including my wallet. Horrible experience I will never be coming back and I hope you don’t book here.
