(33 reviews) The front desk staff accommodated us with our requests when there was a slight miscommunication with our booking. The supervisor was very emphatetic with us and went out of his way to upgrade our room to a two queen bed and larger room because he felt we dessrved to have a more relaxing space after a long travel. In addition, all their staff from housekeeping, security, concierge, room attendants, front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs all the time. The rooms are spotless, comfortable beds, with complimentary coffee and water which is really nice to have. My family will definitely be back in this hotel in the near future and highly recommend it. Oh and btw, it is located a few steps away from the most beautiful beach in the world!!! (42 reviews) The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!! (549 reviews) We really loved this hotel. The staff were super attentive and helpful since we first step foot in the door. There is always someone there to greet and assist if needed; really made the whole experience feel luxurious. The hotel was clean and well kept, although we didn’t have a window the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has the best views and was clean. The pictures don’t do justice to how wonderful this hotel is. Also, the location is perfect, with many food, drink and shopping near by. (444 reviews) We had a great stay. Some hiccups along the way but otherwise great. They fixed any problems that comes right away and with a smile. Shout out to Ms. Chinky in Housekeeping, she’s very attentive to our requests, and made sure we are happy and comfortable. All the other staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurants are giving their best. Shoutout to Rene @ the breakfast buffet, love his positivity and attentiveness. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Love the bright colors every where, feels really like fun.
