Genuinely friendly front desk, bell & restaurant staff. Front desk was especially helpful- mahalo, Ladies! AC worked great in the room. Enjoyed some time at pool, hot tub & gym, but was out exploring most of the time. Close to everything, including Cirque du Soleil show, beach and International market.

This is of course nice for the price you’re paying I don’t think it’s worth it. One of the main reasons I booked hotel was for the pool and there was about 10 kids in the pool splashing and screaming the entire time. One day there were even moms with babies in slings in the hot tub, soaking their feet while their toddlers splashed in the hot tub. The vibe was off and weird, and I even asked one of the attendants if they could ask the parents to control their kids and they did not help. The gym is nice, but overall the pool is the crown jewel and if it’s like my experience at all you should book somewhere else. Also I had a “partial ocean view” and it was definitely “partial” … and the room was clean but did not look like I was in a luxury hotel… it was kinda small and basic. Way too many people too… it was not a great stay.
