The staff is really nice and the property is really well positioned also the bed is really comfortable. You have a cafe downstairs which serves good coffe. Overall a good experience, we will be coming back!

Wonderful, new professionally managed hotel in prime location. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and the hotel amenities were excellent. The location is exceptional, being central to Seoul and located next to a major train station and huge shopping mall. With trains, 3 subway lines, taxi and buses all a 2 minute walk. This stay will beat most of the 5 star hotels you will find in Seoul.

Katarina Kim was an excellent and awesome hostess. Her shift was over but stayed until i arrived safely from airport to hotel. She went beyond her duty to make sure the correct driver waited and picked me up from airport. Love her welcome note and goodies in my room when i checked in. She is the best! Xoxo

Really great staff & food Beautiful hotel

My stay at Banyan Tree Seoul was truly exceptional. This five-star hotel offers a level of service that exceeds expectations, making our visit genuinely memorable. Our room provided a breathtaking view of Namsan Park, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The personal pool was a delightful retreat where we could unwind in privacy and comfort. Throughout our stay, the staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and warmth, ensuring every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options to start each day on a high note. Additionally, the spa services were top-notch, providing a rejuvenating experience that enhanced our overall relaxation. I would wholeheartedly choose Banyan Tree Seoul again on my next visit. It’s a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Seoul.

Pro - location close to trains to airports Cons - bathroom is the worst, no where you can put your toiletries and clean clothes. No divider between shower area and toilet so after shower, you need to come out to the room to dress yourself as the floor is all wet. Tap in vanity is those sensor type, a pain to use when you try to wash your face in the morning as water just stopped as soon as your hands moved away. Not that easy to access restaurants, most close around 8 pm so if yours is late flight it would be hard for you to find something decent to eat. It is the first time I go to Seoul so I chose somewhere close to the train line and it turned out thats the only useful features this hotel offers. Make sure you don't choose their special deal with the Korea pass and duty free vouchers as they are pretty useless "bonus" but you pay more to book this in the first place. Will stay elsewhere next time now I have some idea about Seoul.
