Les Collons Scuba Diving Holidays

We travelled as a group of four, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We selected a family room with a mountain view. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. As you can imagine, doing everything with 2 small children is quite time-consuming and really not ideal. The room was connected to another one through a door that was initially open, and we promptly asked to have it closed. Unfortunately, the door did not insulate well from the noise, and we could hear everything from the other room. Again, knowing that we had 2 small children and having reserved 5 months in advance, the hotel should have taken these aspects into account. The last aspect we didn't like was the price of the parking. For a 4-star hotel (with the price of a 4-star hotel in Switzerland), we think the parking could be offered to the guests without charging 18 CHF per night.

Whenever I’am in Lausanne and there is a need for me to stay in a hotel, my first choice is always Hotel de la Paix!… Always a pleasure!!! Unfortunately the Usually peaceful ,quiet, evenings of rest were interrupted with a fracas coming from the park situated across from the Hotel at my last stay…A group of people playing loud music singing and using vulgarities (that could clearly be heard) tarnished an otherwise “brilliant” stay at the hotel…Not to mention kept me awake..I truly hope the hotel will take the necessary steps to insure in future that guests rest is not interrupted by a situation that is manageable. Charming hotel, helpful and friendly staff, great location.

This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well.

This apartment/hotel is as SUCH. Great find! We are a family of 5 - 2 adults 3 teenagers. Plenty of room! My son had a large bed in the living room (pull out sofa) then my girls had a large bed with en-suite bathroom. His ad and I had large bed with en-suite bathroom. But another bathroom in the hallway. They kept the fridge stocked with waters and apple juice and soda. Apartment also had a full kitchen- we bought breakfast food at the Coop down the street. Convenient location! Best part is they offer free laundry. We have them 2 big baskets of dirty laundry from our trip to Paris and it was returned at 3pm washed and dried and folded! Allowed us to bring half of what we would have needed to bring. Also had a private parking spot for an extra 35 chf per day. The staff is SO nice. 5 stars!

As usual, the Capra is an amazing place to stay in SaaS Fee. This boutique hotel is out romantic gateway that we long to go back every year.
