Great location, large room, close to boat pier for ferry
Cons
Unfriendly front desk staff, I don’t understand no one smiles or makes you feel welcome. our floor and room had a smell, we mentioned to front desk, they said nothing.

Outside the property is run down with lots of graffiti. The room was large and the bathroom was really nice but bedroom carpet was old shag. The front and lobby was closed and had to use the service elevator through the back grimy part of hotel. For the premium price it was not worth it.

Well located and comfortable room. The main negative was that we booked 2 rooms for ourselves and our children but the rooms were in different blocks.
