Hay que mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en los mensajes, correos, WhatsApp, muy mal servicio. Tardarse un día o 2 para contestar mensajes es demasiado.
Jonás y Maribel en Blu 100 puntos para su servicio, felicitaciones por hacer más que bien su trabajo. La clase de servicio que ellos dan es la que esperaba en todas las áreas, hay que estandarizar esto.
