Too far from rooms to Buffett or beach

Loved the location, the beach is 10 out of 10, lush landscaping. What I didn’t like was lack of dining options and in some cases poor service and animation.

We arrived 15:00 hours check inn room was not ready. One hour later we got the room take a shower and there is no shampoo floor dirty. We moved to another suite. Then we make a reservation to eat on the steak restaurant and they don't hace ac we have to eat out side was better. Staff was very nice. But the property and management they need to better thank you

Food choice excellent and great beach. Staff very friendly. Would book again.

“It was an okay place, but the food was bland and needed more variety. The liquor was basic and tasted watered down. Entertainment could be improved, the bed was hard, and the beach was quite a far walk. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.”

The staff are amazing & super friendly. Very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Restaurants have an amazing variety & great quality. You in a serene environment that makes you feel at peace

Beautiful property, well kept. The quality of food must be improved. It’s like a 2 star hotel in this aspect. The dominican breakfast served had the cheapest quality of salami, cheese, the mangu seems to be reheated for days ( the plantains tasted very strange) Whoever is in charge of this do quality tests. Beds are not very comfortable. Overall if these areas are improved, specially the food, it could be considered a 4 star hotel in Santiago.
