Very nice place, love the rooftop bar and restaurant, very clean rooms great staff great location. I will stay here again

Staff at Belmont were great, from front desk, concierge, Bellmen, guards, to housekeeping. They were very polite and helpful. from our experience: I asked for an airport view and was assigned to one. Unfortunately the room was not too tight and the door has an opening from the floor of about 1.5 inches. It was loud when people passed bye. We could hear their conversation. So I called from desk and informed of the problem. Gabby, solved the problem right away by assigning us to a better room. She assisted us by sending a bellman to assist us with our luggage in moving to the new room. She kept checking if we are satisfied. Front dsk was always ready to help. Security was always ready to greet and open the doors. Housekeeping made sure that the room is clean as per our preference. I thank the staff, they were great. We stayed for a total of 10 day at Belmont.

An excellent hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. A bit tacky the staff ask for online reviews but that is a very minor point. Not sure if that is the norm but we were not used to it. The lounge has limited food options but the drinks are good. The gym and pool are nice. The nearby malls have many dining options. There are several local businesses nearby not in the malls that are interesting including the museum. The executive lounge and the breakfast are good. We will definitely consider staying again.

Breakfast Buffet has plenty of food variety

Had a clean room, good food, and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again. Had a great massage. It was nicely air conditioned.

A wonderful experience for my first time visiting the Philippines. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were patient and very friendly. Will book this hotel again when I travel to the Philippines again.
