West Knoxville Scuba Diving Holidays

Upon arrival we checked in, went to our room found a bed to be dirty requested a new room went to that room unpacked found the bed to be dirty again Donnie, who was on staff that night was very kind and took care of us in the Mgr. the next morning to take care of us, the property is definitely up for renovation. It is very worn. Breakfast was good and everyone we was super kind. The property itself does need a overhaul and they’re cleaning needs to be stepped up.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It worked really well for our group.

This place misrepresented the cabin we rented! The cabin is listed for 6 people. You can sleep 6 people but that is it. There is no kitchen table to eat at. The outside table only holds 4 people. The living room is actually a bedroom with a pull out couch. So no where for anyone to sit unless you remake the pullout couch every day. The kitchen was so tiny there was no room for more than 1 person. The drawers got stuck on dish washer. Very minimal on kitchen stuff. The main issue was the pool. It's described as a swimming pool. We rented the cabin for our 4 kids to swim. But it is no bigger than a hot tub. So there is a "hot tub" in the basement of the house and then a true hot tub just outside the door. It was extremely disappointing. We couldn't get the gas to work on the grill till its was too late the 1st night. Couldn't get wifi going bc we were given the wrong password several times. The driveway is skinny and dangerous. We stay in a cabin every year and this was the 1st time with this company. Very disappointed. It would be fine for a couple or even 1 kid. But not a family of 6. It just doesn't work.
