Pretty nice place! The staff felt a little rude and lol, the lift never arrives!! And it was unfortunate for us that the rfid detector to open the door stopped working randomly because of a battery problem and we had to go up and down multiple times thinking it was a key problem.

Gorgeous hotel and room. Great location. Very intimate and quiet. Front desk and doormen were always friendly.

the valet, door and desk attendants, and the housekeeping staff are all so incredibly kind!! the hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. the bathroom was overall clean, however i couldn’t help but notice yellow buildup in some harder to reach places on the shower floor. the breakfast food and drinks are very good, however the wait staff isn’t the kindest. there was a private event happening in the hotel during our stay, so some of the amenities that were advertised by email after booking weren’t available (restaurant closed off for dinner, asked to leave the gym area to make room for a private fitness class, etc). all that said, the location is unbeatable and the vibe was great!

Front desk check in process is tedious. I was required to use a tablet at the checkin desk to type in my personal information which they should already have on file. So it seems redundant to me and it required me to have free hands to do. Front desk was friendly but was unsure what time pool could be accessed and what time restaurant was open. Room was clean. I had two queen beds. The room is narrow and this made it hard for me and my guest to get out of each others way as well as find places for our luggage. We made it up to the pool area one evening which is next to the rooftop bar/lounge. People can bring food and drinks into the pool area and every lounge chair had dirty leftovers next to or on them (half eaten raw oysters/shells left in the sun). A used napkin had flown into the pool. If you are looking for quiet time by the pool i dont suggest going in evening when bar is busy- music can be loud. The rooftop bar, however, is a delight. Good service. Great views. Drinks are fun. Downstairs restaurant is worth trying for breakfast. Great service and food was great portion and delcious.

Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there. When informed of the poorly working AC, staff offered very minimal solutions. No on was on site to fix the issue, no room change offered and no compensation offered. No follow up was done with us to ensure that the issue had been fixed after we informed them we were able to reset our AC ourselves. Would definitely not stay again.
