Very central to downtown and very well kept hotel. Friendly staff.

I am posting as much as will fit in the character limit of an email I sent to the manager on 8/11 that has gone unanswered all week: I am reaching out to you after having no luck with the front desk staff resolving our issues. (I should also mention that the front desk was left unattended for about 10 minutes during peak checkout time between 10:00 and 11:00 on Saturday so we had to wait in line for the privilege of being brushed off.) After two lovely past stays in 2-queen rooms at the Deluxe with friends, I booked a Premier King Suite to celebrate my birthday and anniversary with my husband. The state of the room was appalling, totally inconsistent with what I have experienced at this property in the past. I will attach photos so you can evaluate whether you think this is acceptable for a hotel that bills itself on the website as "elegant" and "glamorous" with "precision in every detail." Broken furniture repaired with electrical tape; upholstery stained with visible spatter and falling apart; sofa with a ratty ill-fitting cover; evidence of surface cleaning but in desperate need of a deep clean with visible dirty handprints on the walls, grime in the carpets and fabrics, bloody boogers on the shower tile; and a broken phone that would not call the front desk. Because the hotel was fully booked we were unable to move rooms. We also couldn't find an alternate hotel available for both nights in the area, so while we were able to cancel our second night through Expedia

I supposed to get 20% off when I dine at their restaurant. But they didn’t honor that.

Hotel was very centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops around it. Felt safe. Lobby was nice with a nice bar and free coffee. However, the carpet in our room looked quite dingy -should have been cleaned better or replaced. Drapes were not able to be fully closed.

The location and rooms were great. Our shower leaked, but everything else was fine.

All staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Our room was the king deluxe, and it was super nice, really big roomy. Fireplace, separate bathroom, sink and toilet area. Entranceway was beautiful. Everything. It was really, really nice. We enjoyed our stay and they were really helpful with my 88-year-old mother and her issues Nice, clean room. Pool was right at our back door and they accepted my dog wonderful place

Fantastic place! Great location on the river, great area for dog walking. Very comfy beds and pillows, wonderfully quiet. Only slight disappointment was the breakfast.
