property was big . but there is no air conditioner in lobby , restaurants , amphitheater and rooms .
In hot weather in this season, room has only fans and room temperature was 29 above.
manager in hotels said hotel has problem with chiller.
there is no direct phone in room to get any service .
If you need something, you need to go to desk and ask them and normally takes forever to get service done .
totally food was not good too .
Not too much variety and different taste every day.
very less option for food and everyday same .

This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for an adult only all inclusive that is not going to break the bank, one set back is that it does not have direct access to the beach, you have to go through the Crystal which is next door. Another set back I noticed is that the Hotel seems to be quite understaffed around the pools and restaurants, specially since the place was quite full since they're converting it to a Time Share.
