Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists. The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

There were some broken things in the room and the women staff were extremely rude

The Termal Park was amazing and a great way to relax before heading home. The Room was large and beautiful.

This was my first time visiting Rome and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. They greeted us, helped us navigate through the city, and even helped us plan day trips outside of Rome! I spent my birthday there and they surprised me with champagne in my room and it was such a sweet gesture!! Daniella in the front desk was so helpful and sweet! The restaurant outside belonging to the hotel was also amazing especially the staff! They made us feel very welcomed. I could not recommend this hotel more it’s definitely a 10/10 experience.
