9.2/10 Wonderful! (223 reviews)
Very helpful staff, who assisted us with changing rooms. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but this makes parking much easier. The breakfast area (and the rooms) are small.

9/10 Wonderful! (807 reviews)
I thought the hotel was lovely and the room was beautiful and very spacious. However, when we came in, there were no luggage racks in the room. We had no place to put our two bags. So we called down and waited three hours for luggage racks asking two or three times if they would be up soon. And we thought this was really Not great service.

Very nice hotel. The room was in old beaune style. Very little room for lots of luggage if you are traveling on a long trip. Loved the bathroom. Breakfast and court yard fantastic.
