The property was clean the food was horrible also the drinks were no good. The property has alot of old retired people there is nothing to do as entertainment on the property Hot water was good air conditioning was good there is nowhere to store your clothes being a five star hotel and the so call private Jacuzzi if you on the first floor is not private. The only good thing is you can go and use all the facilities on the other properties which are a free trolly drive away. I would not stay at this hotel again too boring for me.

Don’t book. Place is run down. Bathroom had black mold. A/C thermostat locked. Kids water park super old. Staff not helpful. Bartenders and waiters prefer to attend first to certain foreigners. Had to figure out the whole hotel on my own. This place is huge. Three hotels in one. You have to wait for for golf carts (10-15min) to get the beach. The beach has rocks. We did see some fish. Buffet is mediocre at best. Airport is over an hour away. There is way too much to explain. Just find another place to spend your hard earned dollars.

Beautiful setting with a lovely beach. Especially enjoyed the coffee shop and ice cream! Meals were superb and staff incredibly helpful
We did not appreciated being accosted by a time share person shortly after we arrived. Her pitch was deceptive - come and see another resort as opposed to I am selling time shares. Hyatt does it self a disservice by badgering guests with salespeople.

"This was our second time at Catalonia. We had a wonderful vacation. Only thing we weren’t aware of was the change in the mini bar. The only alcohol available in the room is beer. Staff and services were great."
