Property is not up to international standards; staff level not appropriate as there is no one around after 9Pm.

We had an excellent stay. It's a magical place I think.

The room was clean. But we had to change our room 2 times because the air conditioner was not working. No compensation was offered for our troubles. The property need a serious upgrade. The location is fantastic, just on the beach.

We had a private pool which was beautiful and relaxing. The restaurant had a delicious menu and we were very satisfied overall.

Quirky, boutique style hotel/lodge with beautiful, large, independent and well equipped villas, in the hills above Les Trois Ilets. Exceptional views of the bay from the main hotel. Perfect relaxation, after a week out at sea on a sailing boat. Out door spa was wonderfully relaxing with their signature massage for 2. The staff were very well trained, welcoming and nothing was too much. The lady on the front desk could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Incredible value for money.
