Very nice place for the price.

The hotel itself was very nice, although being in downtown Dallas, it was pretty loud. I was surprised there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room or easy access to ice for drinks. I requested ice to be brought up, but unfortunately it never arrived. For the price point, I expected the service to be a little more attentive and friendly. That being said, the spa is absolutely amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay!

This is not a handicap friendly hotel. The handicap accessible showers or tubs do not have shower chairs.

We had our honeymoon there , staff was helpful, rooms were clean everyday . I have enjoyed the room service and the menu.

I am truly moved by the exceptional kindness of the front desk staff during my recent stay. Their thoughtfulness brought tears to my eyes! Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special. When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life. Additionally, the dinner I enjoyed was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

They have a way of making you feel important. Was treated like VIP; super friendly staff and very helpful. Looking forward to next time.
