So let’s review: Restaurants were closed that was advertised, no bath towels available, the facilities look like it’s falling apart. Gift shop worker stole my money. Please DON’T rate yourself as a 5 star hotel or resort. I will never stay at any of your properties again (can’t trust it). I was uncomfortable my whole vacation. Saving graces: The Vassa Spa: 5 star facility, 5 star massage therapist (Michelle and Measha), the 7 mile beach, my birthday dinner at the Asian restaurant (everyone was nice), the Monogamy restaurant workers were nice.

Water park and swim out pool for our 9 year old daughter was perfect!

Beautiful property. We loved the location. We had some real superstar on the wait staff. Denail at Robert’s Flame Steakhouse was Awesome. Had some real apathetic staff too so you had to take the good with the bad.

Property was excellent, we enjoyed the all-inclusive option we chose, lots of menu options and choices. Amenities were top notch. Resort was not loud and quiet for romantic couples.

As a vegetarian, the room service menu was very limited. I ate the same meal for the 3 days I was there. The room I had was not 5*. Leaking roof in living area when it rained, stained shower screen and wash basin surround and fridge door. For the price, these things should be in better condition. The staff are excellent and the spa has an amazing choice of treatments. 10/10 for peace and tranquility

The food was great! The facility was a bit dated. Our room had a mold smell and the bed appeared moist. A few of the workers was rude. This is not the first that we visited your facility.

Secrets resort exceeded my first time expectations. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food waa pretty good and room met standards. No complaints! Will return in the future!
