Employees were not very social or friendly only the front desk, but overall very clean boutique and room stay.

Great service, great breakfast, perfect location, beautiful beach and not crowded.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!

4 th stay . Waterfront bungalows are amazing if you want to swim and kayak to lunch .

RWI is a really pretty, quiet property. We had the studio and it was perfectly fine. We made drinks in the room, heated up leftovers, and made breakfast. The patio was huge and comfortable. The beach is gorgeous with super comfortable loungers. The adult oool is a huge plus for this property and I loved it! Definitely recommend this resort and shout out to Sherman for his warm welcome.

Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times.
