The hotel is great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the decor is very fun and clever. The rooms are well configured, just small. We’re traveling for three weeks so were a bit overpacked but made it all work. It’s a quick walk to central town, which was great after dinner, and nice to be out of the hustle + bustle.

The property is beautiful. Well designed and reasonable in size. You instantly feel a sense of home. Staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to.

This place should be shut down - forget about the reasonable price because when a property is this run down they shouldn't be taking anyone's money! It was dirty and poorly equipped and l am surprised it would pass health and safety regulations. We were booked for two nights but only tolerated one and that was because it was too late to cancel. It's an utter disgrace.

Parking easy in underground garage @ 20 euros. Breakfast very good.... excellent choice. Room was clean and bathroom large with a bidet. The shower was powerful. The reception staff were lovely as was the woman at breakfast. Only downside was lack of coffee making facilities and no information in the room.

First, the staff is outstanding. The service they provide was excellent. Next, the hotel is very nice. The room we stayed was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again on our next visit tonPamplona.

Its always a joy to stay here. Service was not as good as usual this time but the setting makes you forget the hiccups

It's a beautiful property, perfectly maintained. Staff is great, helpful and friendly, food at breakfast is great and the views are unbelievable. Most definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Biarritz, it is definitely worth it.

Excellent location, the staff was super helpful

Excellent and affordable place to stay in Astigarraga, near San Sebastian. Great cider houses nearby for lunch and dinner. Parking is found on the street, but the rooms are clean, modern, and basic in room size. Book a room when prices in Donostia get out of control.

Very nice hotel with a very friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was excellent, the pool area was very clean and well maintained. Parking underground out of the sun was great too.
