The breakfast was awesome! While it offers you croissants, cereal, eggs, French toast, and waffles everyday it also gave you several hot dish options as soups, curries, fried rice, and more. Those dishes changed everyday. We got to experience all kind of Thai dishes that way.

Located in a good spot near Phayathai BTS station. There's a 7/11 right next door. Plenty of places to eat! I booked a shared room, and the bunk bed was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I love how the stairs are in the middle between the beds. However, there is a bit of noise at night, and the door seems heavy or somewhat loud when opening or closing. Also when first entering the place it has a smell of humidity.

I had a great stay at the Annex.
The bed was a bit hard for me but, overall, it's a good place to stay.
A/C worked well, the hot water was controlled by a heater so, there was no shortage of hot water, wi-fi was really good!
