Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance and strolling on many little passages throughout was a lot of fun. Tram#3 stops directly in front of the hotel, which easily connects with Tram#8 or #11 to Basel SSB main station. One advice is to bring Type J adapter for charging. Private key provided through website. Caution though- no front desk or attendant on-site. We were only notified of this hours before arriving. (153 reviews) The hotel was clean, overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay. Having a nearby tram station made getting around strasbourg very convenient with frequent trains. The only negative point was the breakfast, which was chaotic. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests, with not enough tables to sit, often no cutlery or food items left for long periods, tables not being cleared efficiently and too crowded. On one occassion when we arrived later at 10am, we were informed by the manager that there were no pastries left (breakfast finishes at 10.30am).
