You are welcomed when you arrive and reception is friendly and helpful. Room very clean and we received an upgrade which was a nice unexpected perk. Large room with city view and during the heatwave it had air conditioning. Excellent walkable location to old town and 10 minute walk to sightseeing tours.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent Location.

Beautiful hotel, great location walkable to center of city and nice terrace restaurant. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Wonderful clean hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was excellent. The room was amazing quality and toiletries and fruit bowl refreshed every day. Free pass for the elevator was super useful. Next time we will go for a room with outside space or a view as I think this would have made it even better. Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Breakfast was fine and the staff was excellent.

Family of four stayed two nights. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Great location. Just wish the air conditioner was better.

Great location. Nicely updated rooms. Clean. Generous free bar stocked with drinks in room. Excellent welcoming staff. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again.
