Wonderful apartment, conveniently located in the beginning of the beautiful old town. Spacious, well furnished, with comfortable beds and an excellent kitchen with all the amenities needed. Also great shower and a bonus: a washing machine. The only negative point was the internet that was not working at all but the reception staff offered help with that.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend it.

We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!

We loved our stay at Hotel Monopol. The location was unbeatable. One unique thing about the hotel was it's interior design and structure. Breakfast was ordinary tho compared to what advertised. So I guess the best deal is without Breakfast and you can find lots of great brunch places just steps away from here with much affordable prices. I personally liked the spa massage. However the pool was very small and only 2-3 group of people could enjoy it at the same time. Overally it was a great experience

Overall hotel is OK, but not 5 star hotel as they present it.
Food very good. Staff doesn’t speak English (only front desk). Hotel is quite popular - a lot of guests, so expect lots of people everywhere. Unfortunately, facilities and equipment are quite limited for this amount of tourists - expect long waits for coffee and water (they have one water machine for the whole restaurant).

Hotel locatedHotel located in historic building which was a monastery in old days. Now it is renovated to the hotel. Room was spacy and comfortable. We had excellent breakfast where we would be able to choose one o
f the hot dish which was freaslly cooked. I can recomend traditional shakshuka. In hotels coridor yuo can find old pictures and other items those tells story about this building in the past. parking place is also spacy
