Really enjoyed our stay at the Gran Melia. They made you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The amenities are great. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Modern. Clean. Central. Large rooms. Range of tv channels. Staff friendly. Reported banking noise above room which reception stated that they would investigate but no response after this. Noise heard again the same night and the next morning. It did disturb sleep. On check out, manager asked after our stay and when informed, stated that it was the kitchen as the hotel has a rooftop restaurant. Apologised and asked if there was anything that he could. I would definitely stay again but not in 1307.
