traveled to Batumi from California, USA, and after staying at this hotel I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. If you’re an American visiting Georgia, this is a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really made this hotel special was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They made me feel welcome from check-in until check-out and were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. The value for the price is outstanding. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the United States that cost much more but didn’t provide this level of service or quality. This hotel delivered an experience that felt luxurious without the luxury price tag. For my fellow Americans planning a trip to Batumi: don’t hesitate to book here. Georgia is a beautiful country, Batumi is an amazing city, and this hotel made my visit even more memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for making my first visit to Batumi such a wonderful experience!

Pool and spa wasn’t working 4 days out of 5 days stay

Overall good stay. First room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and when I informed reception, they changed our room and the service was quick & professional. Hotel & room was clean. Pool was large and clean. Hotel sells day tickets though to non-guests which creates a busy atmosphere around the pool and pool bar/restaurant. Staff at the pool restaurant were slightly rude and it all seemed a little chaotic.
