Its a solid hotel, but there are some neighbouring 3 star hotels that may be as nice, possibly better. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The pools are a bit small, and the hotel definitely requires car to get to nearby towns.

The space was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. This time, we stayed in the older section of the hotel rather than the newer area, so the room wasn’t quite as spacious and felt a bit dated.

Incredible place! The views, the staff (especially, Dulal at the bar), the room, and the location were all perfect. As a Greek native, this was truly the best stay I've ever had on a Greek island. The breakfast was incredibly abundant, and I can't say enough good things about it. Konstantaya at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and she even brought my wife and me complimentary desserts to celebrate our wedding anniversary. 10/10, I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Laguna and didn’t want to leave. The hotel is stunning with beautiful landscaping and modern and chic design details. The rooms were incredible, clean, spacious and very high end design details. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s an upscale, small boutique feel with personalized care for their guests. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Room was super clean the staff at reception was so helpful telling us where to go . She recommended restaurants for dinner which were so tasty. We also rented a car from the hotel which was easy and so convenient. Location of the hotel was perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops. V quite Hotel. Breakfast was home made and delicious with various dishes including juice coffee and fruits

The room was okay but most of the staff was friendly.
