(306 reviews) The hotel is very beautiful and nice. In my opinion, this is the best looking resort/best architecture in Bermuda. The pools are beautiful, the furniture and styling is modern, high quality and nice. Also, our room felt very private which was super nice, no one could see us and the balcony was private. Few downsides: 1\. Our room was clean but there was a stain on the ceiling of the bathroom + the drawer of the vanity was broken 2\. Wifi didn't work at the pool by the beach and cell didn't really have signal. 3\. Not much to do around the resort, only 1 restaurant. 4\. The heated pool wasn't super hot and the pool by the beach uses the sea water and it not heated, so a bit cold in November. 5\. There was supposed to be a yoga class that we wanted to attend, but they decided to cancel it without telling us. (263 reviews) We had such an amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The resort itself was beautiful and we received an unexpected upgrade to our room! I would highly recommend this hotel. It's close enough to walk to the citx and there is also a hotel shuttle to the city that runs every 20-30 mins if needed. The food was delicious and the private beach was incredible.
