A very good hotel which is handy for the airport, a large supermarket and eating opportunities. Spacious room with good seating, AC, shower and bath, kettle, shutters. Very pleasing breakfast but busy with families. We found both the hotel free shuttle from the airport and the local bus to Huningue (then walk over to Weil am Rhein) very useful.

Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock. When he did arrive (short male with short dark hair) he was miserable,unwelcoming and didn’t tell us any of the usual information such as breakfast times and location or pool opening times. The pool area also had a disgusting looking area of water that was there before you had a chance to avoid it and couldn’t avoid it if you wanted to access the pool! Looking dirty and not nice at all!

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar.

Very chic hotel with beautiful pool both inside and out. Restaurant food was exceptional. Staff very friendly. Nothing negative to say.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The best hotel I've been to in France! They literally thought of every little detail, from chocolates and small towelling robes for the kids and special toiletries for them; to solar eclipse glasses on solar eclipse day. Amazing! Lots of bottles of water provided, everything superb quality and very pleasant and helpful staff. Immaculately clean and a high level of luxury. And real functioning air conditioning, which is rare in France! 😀😀😀

An excellent base for anyone exploring Basel or traveling further into Switzerland. The only downside was the lack of in-room air conditioning which made sleeping quite uncomfortable during the summer heatwave.
