Relatively cheap place to stay comparative to the prices in Geneva. As stated, the property is in France, so the commute to Geneva does take a while, on average 40-50min by public transport. As for the hotel, its pretty spacious, average cleanliness. The carpet in the halls were old and musty, but inside the rooms, it was clean for the most part. Overall, decent hotel for the price, main downside is really just the distance Geneva.

We had a charming fairytale stay in the hotel which was grand and lavish. The hotel was ideally located with stunning views of the mountains and glacier, set in beautiful gardens, we enjoyed eating in the restaurant for exceptional food and views out into the wilderness. The concierge was very helpful with suggesting hikes and seeing yodellers on the mountain. The head waiter was outstanding and an asset to the hotel. The hotel has no car access so must be accessed by the local hillside train, which added to holiday bliss staying in a beautiful town lost in time and culture.

Great hotel with easy access to the GVA airport Swiss and French Sector

Lovely apartment with wonderful views. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Appreciated having the aircon as it was very warm some days. Great location, easy to walk along the river to the centre of Interlaken or to either train station. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Will remember the view from the balcony for a long time!

View from both of our rooms was spectacular. Restaurant was very good. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the driver that transported us to and from the hotel. Hotel is outside the town in a rural area with stunning views of Grindelwald (there is a bus that stops at the hotel). One of our rooms was very large and quite nice. The other room was smaller but still nice. Only minor concern is we booked two suites but the quality of the rooms were vastly different. It's unclear if one room was upgraded or the other was downgraded... but the hotel was so beautiful we didn't bother to ask about it. Very highly recommend.

The property location was perfect - Walkable to everything. Room was clean and comfy and AC kept us cool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
