During our stay, a DJ played on three separate days, and the volume made it impossible to read or relax. There are no quiet areas on the property to escape the music—it’s unavoidable. Our two 21 year olds felt the music was too much and detracted from their experience. If long beach walks are important to you, this hotel will also disappoint. The property sits on a small cove with very coarse sand, allowing only about a five-minute walk. The beach is not swimmable due to sea urchins. Nearby walking options are limited to streets lined with apartments and hotels, eventually leading to the highway. Because of this, we spent time in the gym, which is small but well-equipped, and guests were respectful about sharing equipment. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, accommodating, and attentive. Rooms were beautiful and spotless daily, and the team did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. While the hotel and views are stunning, the experience isn’t what I’m looking for. I don’t want loud music forced on me—I want peace, quiet, and walkable beaches. For that reason, I would not return.
