Oisans Pet-friendly Holidays

The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room next to reception and outside it in the parking area, screaming shouting and drinking outside our window until about 2 am when the ambulance arrived

The spa facilities are excellent. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with spa bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Sofitel for 3 nights. The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was nice. We would stay there again.

Rude unhelpful staff. Not one light in the room worked. grounds of property had lots of cigarette butts. It's cheap but not worth the savings

We liked our room and the breakfasts were good. The restaurant was very quiet and the food disappointing.
