Amazing location near expensive high end shops and great restaurants. The hotel room was perfect, great comfy beds/ pillows and great bathroom. Water bottles included in room and delicious cookies! The outdoor jacuzzi and changing room area were incredible and clean. Everything was well maintained and such great service. Walkable to the water. Would stay again

Wife and daughters had a long day in Vancouver. Didn’t get to check in till around 6pm. There was a wait to get checked in. Then the assigned room had someone already in it! Quite frustrating, had to go back to the front desk and there was only one person working. Had to wait back in line to get a different, non occupied room. Mistakes happen but it’s tough when you have kids and everyone is tired.

The Rosewood is one of those special hotels that I will never forget. It is elegant with thoughtful touches. We were upgraded upon arrival. Our bathroom not only had a waterfall shower with strong water pressure but a tub, a separate water closet and 2 sinks. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with crisp, soft sheets. The staff was helpful with everything. Turn down service at night with shortbread cookies and slippers on a mat next to the bed.

Great space for a family. The kitchenette had all that you need for a short stay with a decent sized fridge. Also provided pods for coffee which was a nice bonus. The bedroom was much bigger than anticipated and opened out on to a large terrace area with a table and chairs for 4. We enjoyed having breakfast here with a view of the city!
