Så dålig service på hela stället. Riktig besvikelse. Sen städade städarskan bort vår medicin i badrummet och vägrade ta på sig skulden och noll kompensation. Så dåligt.

The best stay I’ve had in all of Europe was at Hyatt Regency, Zadar. The hotel is beautiful and I wish I could have stayed longer. They pay attention to all details of your stay beginning with exceptional staff at check in. If you want a luxury experience in Zadar this is the place.
