Our stay at this apartment was great, overall. Centrally located and tons of space for our family to relax in the large living area as well as spacious kitchen. The apartment was clean, A/C worked great, plenty of towels and hot water. It was located near many great restaurants. We loved that there was a washer and dryer with instructions to use. Some not so great items: The listing photos are quite misleading as the apartment is not staged the way it is in the photos and is something that should be addressed as you are not getting what you are seeing when you book. The views from windows were non-existent and it was also quite noisy all hours of night and early morning with footstep noise from the guests above. Maybe it is just thin floors but we found that it woke us up often. As a result of the cons, we found the price point to be slightly high for the value.

We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

Had 1 night in Lisbon. Was given our room and 4 hours later (as we were out exploring) asked to vacate and move to a different room due to their error. Hotel forced us to cut afternoon short and return to hotel to move belongings. Only to learn they had already been in our room to potentially move our stuff without our consent, even leaving the door, with all our belongings inside, completely ajar! We’e offered a complimentary drink for our troubles…what a joke

Clean and nicely refurbished. Great location! Hidden between 2 restaurants. Not easy to find. Uber driver could not find it. Hired a Turk Tuk driver and he was only able to locate the hotel by asking for help.

The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. Staff generally are gracious and willing to accommodate, however it took one hour to check in and deliver our luggage to the room. There was only one other guest checking in at the same time. The grounds and pool are spectacular. I would return just for the pool. The food in the Asian restaurant aside the pool is delicious albeit service was very slow. All I. All I would happily return to this wonderful and comfortable hotel in Lisbon.

We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids during an intense heat wave. The AC was incredible, both in the lobby and the room. The pool, however, was less than 1 foot deep and full of debris, which was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our older son slept downstairs on a pull-out couch (he is not a fan of pull-out couches, but enjoyed having his own bed) and our younger son fit with us in the upstairs bed. The bed was a little on the firm side but very comfortable. The power went out briefly during our stay, which was worrisome given the 38C weather, but it was back on by the time we returned from our day trip to Cascais. The location was unique. We got a lot of steps up and down the steep the cobblestone hills. There is also an iconic streetcar that passes by very near if you get tired of walking.
