the mole offers exceptional value for the price with a small scale spa resort like vibe. however we were more than disappointed with the food which could have come out of a kitchen at Wetherspoons. A great shame as otherwise its a real gem.

Few maintenance issues

Traditional British hotel but to a high standard. Only issue given the extreme temperatures when we were there was a lack of A/c but this was known in advance and good fans were provided in the rooms. TBH its not reasonable to expect A/c in this type of hotel and everything else about the place was first class.

What a great stay we had on New Year’s Eve at the Ley Arms.nice clean well decorated rooms food excellent and staff couldn’t do enough Breakfast was plentiful.great way to see in the new year.thanks to all at the Ley.

Property was within walking distance to the beach and shops. Owners Julie-Anne and Charlie were absolutely charming and recommended places to visit and how to get there. Breakfasts were very tasty and the air conditioning worked a treat.

Another lovely stay at the Manor. Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable but be prepared for old fashioned. If you want newer and more uniform, pay a lot more at the Premier inn with its scaffolding still!! I like Exmouth's old hotels they have character and offer GVFM . We didn’t have breakfast but did have food in the bar the evening before which was excellent. Book parking ahead of your stay as it’s limited. Out the front there are public spaces, but v limited.

The staff were very attentive and provided an excellent service
