Sierra de la Laguna Mountain Holidays

The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.

Great time excellent customer service very relaxing

Montecristo is a great place within the quivira territory. Nice houses with lots of space. However we needed several things fixed during our stay. AC didn’t work properly, grill had to be checked up 3 times, electric stove didn’t work, microwave was broken. This isn’t the standard you would expect for a high daily rate

Many delicious food and beverage options. Beautiful, clean room with an incredible view. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Mexican restaurant food is terrible, I do not recommend going there.

Room was very clean. Restaurant was great. A little out of the way from downtown.

Great places to stay. Family oriented

The property was nice. Only 1 dining option and things are quite expensive. The piols were kimd of small with not much activty. This would be great for a coyoke trip- but not a ton to do for kids. The staff were amazing! Jesus and Raziel- activities, were super energetic and patient. The food was good, too. Silvia at the front was super helpful and patient as well. We had a large group and they accommodated us well.
