Very nice, clean and peaceful Riad. The room was very spacious. It had air conditioning in it which helped to cool the room when it was warm. The continental breakfast was nice also. The hosts were very professional and polite during our stay. They let us leave our luggage there on our last day when our flight was at 10pm. The shuttle service they arranged was on time and very professional.

Nice camp with nice pool but the food was a real letdown and for €30 per person, it felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that you were in the middle of nowhere. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room which was much appreciated. Ultimately, if you’re in Marrakech anyway, probably just book a Riad with a rooftop pool and do a day trip to the desert rather than come here as it’s expensive for what it is.

We really enjoyed our Family vacation getaway in this wonderful location !! Very clean ,spacious and Premium Villa....Our Family was beautifully received by Moussa, we knew this was going to be a great place to spend a few days and enjoy great service. This is a gem of a hotel. Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Our two rooms are amazing! So so clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Brilliant location. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Breakfast on the terrace is a lovely experience. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very gracious.

This oasis in Morocco was the most amazing stay of my life. Other than the jacuzzi not being hot enough I cannot rave enough. From the butler service, to the car service, to the food and the spa. The private villa was the most amazing with the shower doubling as a steam room. Amazing!!!

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

The staff were incredible, however I must deduct one star because we communicated a few days before on a pickup from the airport and they never showed up. We had to take an uber from the airport for about 140MAD. It was our first time in Marrakech so it would have been helpful to have someone from the hotel pick us up. They told us that a colleague was suddenly on vacation but then there was no reconciliation on the matter. There were limited food options despite having a menu; you’d often have to ask what’s available. They were very accommodating for not canceling our reservation for arriving one day late due to a delay in flight. But then the room wasn’t available right away. The Riad is pretty centrally located which we enjoyed. We were not planning to stay in the Riad during our stay because we’re out and about but it is small and something worth considering if you plan to relax while in Marrakech. They do have an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset in their rooftop. Overall decent stay, could have been a bit better for the value. Staff speaks French, English, Arabic. They understand Spanish but only one or two have some conversational skills, same with Italian. Food was a bit on the pricey side.
