The stay was disappointing. There was a leak in the room during our stay, which already created an uncomfortable situation. On top of that, staff entered the flat using their own keys while we were in the property, without proper notice or coordination. The property itself looks abandoned rather than professionally managed accommodation. During the night, there were loud noises coming from the roof area, despite there being nobody staying above the flat, which made it difficult to rest. Even the supposedly white towels looked dirty, with a greyish and worn appearance. Overall, the experience was below normal standards.

The setting was great in our opinion. Shame the breakfast was at the same place and we were taken to the other place. The table tennis could have been positioned in another area as it was tight , it wasn’t comfortable you may wish to consider another area. The shower in the bathroom was poor. Overall it stay was very good despite the shortcomings mentioned

If you like a apartnent pool out in nowhere with no staff, prison food and lots og bugs/insects, which is priced much higher then much finer hotels in this area, then this should be your choice. We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed. No handsoap in wc. Construction work noise. You wake up 7 in the morning by screeming muay thai people which were the neighbours. The kitchen has no walls to outside so basically every insect is welcome to share your food. No aircondition in bathrooms so its badly humid/hot. No pool cleaning so you swim with bugs. It wasnt clean either. I stepped on a gum in bedroom. The luxury breakfast was as luxury as a prison meal. Nothing to choose from. We got small glass og orange juice and milk for each of us. With 1 humid bread/crossaint and egg and sausage. A small sample of butter og jam which they probably got free somwhere, was also included. There was no place to get food or drink, no breakfast hall, no civilization nearby, basically no staff..just one person at reception which was unmanned after 22. We checked out after the first night and they didnt even bother to offer refund for rest 4 days paid. Stay away unless you like noise, insects and overpriced rooms.

Great place to stay

J’ai fait remonté le problème à un superviseur pour le comportement de son staff au bord de la piscine qui est tout simplement très mal poli et odieux et cela a recommencer , il ne se sont pas excusé et le lançaient en permanence des regards de haine envers mes enfants et moi. Nous n’avons pas du tout passé un bon moment à cause d’eux au bord de la piscine. Ils nous mettaient vraiment très mal à l’aise. Sans compter le nombre de fois où ils se permettaient de nous faire des réflexions car les enfants sautaient dans l’eau alors que nous étions avec eux. Ils les ont filmé alors que j’étais là. Je les ai vu faire et il m’a dit que non. J’ai insisté et il a dit que c’était pour leur sécurité soit disant car ils étaient seuls . Je lui ai dit qu’il mentait car j’étais là je ne voyais pas l’intérêt, il m’a ensuite dit que c’était pour les registre, je lui ai dit de l’effacer , il a rigoler et est parti. J’ai été me plaindre à la direction elle m’a dit qu’ils ne leur demandaient pas de filmer et elle lui a dit de l’effacer mais voilà , le personnel ne respecte pas ses clients. Toutes le personnes de l’hôtel avec qui j’ai discuté se plaignaient d’eux. N’y allez pas il vont vous gâcher votre séjour

Väldigt fint och rent boende i ett lugnare område jämfört med strandområdet. Utmärkt service av personalen och väldigt hjälpsamma med att boka aktiviteter etc. Frukosten var ett litet minus men utöver det var allt annat perfekt.
