the room was clean and the staff were nice but we were dealing with power issues the whole entire time i was there. also, we had a issue with telling the waiter that we had allergies an not once but TWICE did they not listen to what we said and one of my friend consumed the food that had her allergy in it. the staff was apologetic but luckily for my friend she allergy is not severe.

Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a great vacation!

The staff are amazing! Rooms are clean. Food never disappoints. The gym could use functioning cooling system that works. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing. The property itself could use a little TLC, buildings, gardens etc.
