Rooms were clean, resort is well laid out, views are lovely, pool and games room was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable.
Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. We asked if we could buy coffees from the restaurant/breakfast buffet, and again we could not. This is something that should be addressed by the hotel - modern hotels should have some access to coffee for guests. Front staff told us there was nothing she could do for us (even though there are clearly pods and fresh coffee on site). Disappointing to say the least.
