Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.
The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized.
All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
