It was a nice hotel but not a great hotel. I had constant toilet issues and I felt upgrading to the diamond club was not worth it with the exception of the assistance I hit for my excursions. I did not like the amount of vendors hounding me on the beach while I was trying to read which kept me away from the beach. And if you go diamond club you do not have your own pool or separate areas as promised as no one is supervising to ensure the correct bands are at the right pools. Entertainment was fun. But the food was not great and I say that kindly. I think the staff was rude and short and given the amount of money you are tipping and spending I guess courtesy does not come into play here. I thought it was ok but it’s definitely not somewhere I felt was worth the money I spent for what I received.

WARNING! My Elite stay was not elite to say the least. Elite got me nothing but disappointment. We experienced several issues that should have been addressed or guest informed before arriving. Fixing the issues was the hotel offering comps I was already entitled to as an Elite guest. They have no cable TV on the adult side. The hot tub in the room did not initially work, they tried to fix it by stuffing a washcloth in the stopper. They ration out washclothes, you have to literally beg to get clean ones. You have to ask for your snacks to be replenished. The exhaust fan cover fell from the ceiling, was never fixed or addressed. THEY HAVE ROACHES in the rooms, although the cleaning staff does a great job of cleaning the rooms daily. And lastly the elevators has many issues, elevators go up but won't go down in the building my room was located. Butler service sucked! The workers drank more alcohol then we did as guest.
